I'm not sure how long Kate Gosselin will reside on this list, but for the moment, the embattled reality TV star is in fact famous for her blonde hair. First, she was skewered for her porcupine hair -- the short tufts in the back which offset the longer hair in the front. It was the soccer mom mullet of 2009.
