Top 7 Stocking Stuffers For Calorie Watchers
Guide Picks
It is so easy to simply stuff chocolates into everyone's stocking, but this year I have some new ideas.
1) Pedometer
For some reason, having a pedometer hooked on to you, makes you want to walk and walk and walk... If you have covered one mile, you can't wait to add to it. Lots of different price ranges too!

2) Socks
They are small and squishy, and nothing makes you want to exercise more than sliding into a few pair of comfy socks. Or maybe its just me. And yes, the socks listed at $298.00 is an error... at least I think it is. ;)

3) Baby Wipes
After working out and you are hot and sticky, there is nothing like a quick swipe of a soft cushiony baby wipe to soak up the sweat. Actually I use them every night to remove my makeup before cleansing. Works like a charm.

4) Skipping Rope
A skipping rope in a stocking! You will feel as if your kids are six years old again. I think that was the last time I included this item in a stocking. Now my two are into fitness, and if they don't have to buy the item, all the better.

5) Wrist or Ankle Weights
You are probably thinking that this is just a little heavy for a stocking stuffer, but I have a way around that. As it happens, long before Christmas, all of my stockings fall to the floor anyway. Now I prop them against the fireplace instead. Seems to work, and I don't have those decorative ceramic stocking hangers falling with a thud from the mantle in the middle of the night.

6) Water Bottle
Did you know that there are not only water bottles for fitness buffs, there are holsters as well. And they would fit into a stocking quite nicely. Okay, you might has to stretch the stocking a little, but I don't think that he/she would mind.

7) Fitness Magazines
Roll up one copy for the stocking with a note to let them know that a new issue will be arriving each month in the mail.
