Sad Looking Nails

Take a few seconds to check...

You have spent all morning shaving your legs, picking out the perfect outfit, deciding on what fragrance will wow your friends, but did you give a thought to your nails? From what I have noticed this summer, maybe not. Here are some things to think about.

Protect Your Hands For Later
While applying sunscreen to the rest of you, don't forget to put it on your hands as well. Have you ever noticed brown spots on older women's hands? They are called age spots, but perhaps they should be called, "not bothering to care" spots. You might not have any now, but if you aren't careful, you will in the future.

Chipped Polish
You might think that no one notices, but your hands are more visible than you think. Don't you notice other women's hands? I know that I do and even my husband has noticed nails that look for lack of a better word... ignored. Keep an eye on yours.

Helping Your Polish
Apply a fresh top coat every second day to help prevent chipping. That should help with the problem that I mentioned above.

Still Debatable
Some experts believe that extra calcium will help your nails, while others don't. My advice... add another glass of milk to your diet. It might NOT help our nails, but it will certainly help our bones.
