Escape Your Shape

All that exercise and nothing to show for it? This book just might explain why!

Apparently it's all about working smarter, not harder. To get the results that we are looking for, we HAVE to do SPECIFIC exercises. And what is worse, if we are doing the wrong exercises for our body shape, we could be enlarging areas of our bodies that we didn't want to enlarge.

If this doesn't make sense, look at it this way... runners stay thin while bodybuilders bulk up. Swimmers look lean while skaters develop thicker muscles. It is pretty clear that the exercises you choose, will make a big difference in the way you look.

To make it easy for you to choose what exercises you should be doing, Edward Jackowski divides body shapes into "Spoons, Cones, Hourglasses and Rulers. All you have to do is read the sections devoted to each body shape and then choose which one that describes you. And yes, you can be a ruler with a thick waste. There are lots of variations.

To make it work, there are illustrated exercise descriptions and carefully laid out workout plans. All you have to do is follow them to ensure the success that you are looking for.

Quote from Edward J. Jackowski, Ph.D
"Do you wonder why the latest fitness fad doesn't work for you? Have you lifted weights for months, dreaming of toned, defined muscles, with no results? Have you exercised regularly for months-- or even years-- without seeing any changes in your body? If you have answered yes to any of these questions, chances are your exercise routine is incomplete and wrong for your body type."
