Is It Something I Did?

Believe it or not, if you have dandruff, you are not alone. Research has shown that nearly half the population either has or at one time, suffered from dandruff. Is it something you did? Quite possibly. It could be as simple as this...

Dandruff might be nothing more than a buildup of products in your hair that are breaking apart and falling away from your hair. The simplest solution is to *wash your hair, using a clarifying shampoo. It is important to remove that buildup and when that has occurred, that should be the end of the flakes.

*If you notice a buildup of oil, dust and dirt on your scalp, be sure to massage your scalp thoroughly to dislodge it.

In the section entitled Hair Goo, I elaborate on what a clarifying shampoo is and how it differs from a regular shampoo. You will see Hair Goo listed to the right.
