Some women with oily hair insist they have to wash their hair daily. To get another day out of your tresses, invest in a dry shampoo (Bumble & Bumble makes a great product that comes in a variety of colors to match hair). The shampoo is a bit like talcum powder and absorbs oils and gives hair a clean scent. If you have light colored hair, you can opt for the more affordable talcum powder (or even corn starch in a pinch). I love this tip from InStyle magazine on how to keep your blow-out intact over several days:
1. Make sure to rinse hair thoroughly after you wash to get out any conditioner residue, says stylist Nathaniel Hawkins.
2. Products actually keep hair from getting oily. Spritz damp locks with a volumnizer spray or mousse before blowing hair dry.
3. Revive hair with a curling iron and a spritz of hairspray.

What about if you have dandruff, and need to use a dandruff shampoo? Can you still use that shampoo and not have dandruff problems?
There’s a product out there called DRY SHAMPOO. Just spray it to your roots and brush it with a comb.
