My Cousin Cat's Shampoo Pick for Limp Hair: Bumble and Bumble Thickening Shampoo

Sunday March 23, 2008
My cousin Cat was griping all weekend about running out of Bumble and Bumble Thickening Shampoo. She has thin, limp hair which tends to get oily fast and she is currently obsessed with this shampoo. Unfortunately, her salon on Long Island no longer carries it.

Now when Cat sets her mind to something, she won't budge, and she truly, firmly believes this shampoo is a Godsend. I got an earful today about how amazing it is, how she's going to have to resort to buying it online (here you go) and how the Garnier Fructis shampoo she keeps for guests (thanks, Cat) made her hair blah, flat and boring this morning. I had to agree her hair was much fuller yesterday post-Bumble and Bumble than today post-Fructis. Now I can't wait to try it myself and maybe even get Cat a bottle.

She does not, but I would advise it. If you have oily hair, condition only the bottom 3/4ths of hair so you don’t make the crown and roots oilier.

Have you ever heard that thickening shampoo ruins the color of highlighted hair?
