Is Lip Balm Addictive?

This might be one of the age-old questions (well, as age-old as lip balm). Find out why people who use lip balm are so into their lip balm, they seem like lip balm addicts. Could it be that the lip balm companies put addictive additives in their products? Or could it be something else entirely?
