Bobbi Brown Extra Eye Repair Cream

I just got this a couple weeks ago and it makes the area around my eyes look so much younger. Skin is firmer, wrinkles almost gone already, less bagginess, less dark circles, looks like it did when I was 30 (I'm 41). It's not cheap but according to the reviews it lasts a long time, I can see that's right because I am only putting on a tiny bit at night and in the morning. It is supposed to last six months. It is a bit heavy so warm with your fingers and pat it on, let it absorb before you put on makeup. My eyes are sensitive but it does not irritate them at all. This is one of the best beauty products I have ever tried. Definitely worth the money.

New Foot Soaking system discovered

After the end of a long day I love to soak my sore tired feet in a salt and lavender soak (Dr Oz says it is good for you!) but I hate the mess of a pan or tub of water - the struggle to move it - then a friend told me about an brand new product called StepnSoakFeet - it is a set of 2 foot soaking "boots" you slip on one at a time and tie - then you can soak your feet per foot without being stuck in a pan - I do it while on on the computer FaceBook! You are totally mobile and it is GREAT - everyone should know about this - it is at stepnsoak4feet.com and I don't think it is in stores yet

Physically Fit

Get regular cardio exercise - you'll feel and look younger, more fit and toned!!! I'm 60, don't look it and feel 30!

Life after 50

Don't cut your hair too short,no little sideburns. it looks matronly and or manish. Also don't shop in older ladies' stores. Go shopping with a young adult to see what's new and current. Stand up straight and smile! Read up or google on current trends and fashions so that you are not stuck in a time warp. Keep an open mind and involve yourself in lively discussions.

Exfolia Cloths = Beautiful Skin

Want smooth skin, smaller pores and younger looking skin? Try EXFOLIA (I use their green cloths). They are great for anyone EXCEPT those with Rosacea. One of my friends said she gets a facial/dermabration regularly and they really noticed the difference. Try it, you will not be disappointed. They are about $10 (so how can you go wrong?) Google it to find suppliers. I order mine through the mail. Really, it's not JUST a wash cloth. They say to use it a few times a week, but I use mine every day.

Vitamin C

You can buy it in powder form, mix it with water and put it on your skin after washing and before moisturizing. Also take the supplements each day. Cheap, valuable way to take care of your skin. I'm 40 so I research this a lot.

anti-aging or least slow it down

Most of us frown when we see our face starts to have wrinkles. Frowning adds to the formation of wrinkles. The best is to smile. Forget about other things that makes you cry or being grumpy. Think about the good stuff and smile. plus , it makes you look more attractive.

don't be afraid of colours

I am never afraid to dress in bright colours, although I am a granny of 3. Just because you are over 50 does not mean you must "conform" to society's norm that you must use "granny" shades like grays and browns or faded pinks. Of course, dont't go out in, say, a lemon yellow dress and purple tights !
