How to Get Stained Lips

The hot look of the moment is "stained lips" -- lips with barely there color. To get this look, apply a lip balm to moisturize lips then either put lipstick on your finger and dab on lips or apply lipstick to lips then blot most of it away with a tissue, leaving a "stain."
