Dry Dry Legs

Q. How old are those legs?

A.

If someone can take one look at your legs and can guess how old you are, perhaps you are doing something wrong. Here are a few ways to slow down the aging of our legs.

  • A Little Self Tanning Help

Is there anything worse that bruises on your legs during the summer months? Luckily, I found a solution, quite by accident. It seems that the self tanning products do a great job of covering these marks. So now I can look like I have a great tan and great looking legs too.

  • Coffee Grounds to the Rescue

It seems that as we age, cellulite becomes more noticeable. Luckily, there are a lot of techniques that are promising results and one just happens to be coffee... grounds not the drink. Apparently massaging the grounds into the cellulite area can help break up some of the fat deposits but do be careful that you don't use grounds that are too large. They could cause a great deal of discomfort.

  • In Search of Sexy Calves

Once upon a time, we spent a great deal of time skipping rope. Apparently this passtime that we enjoyed so much, helps to strenghten calf muscles and this definitely leads to sexy legs.

  • Shaping The Legs

If you have stairs in your house, get into the habit of climbing them as often as you can. In most cases, we simply avoid them whenever we can. Instead, of the downstairs powder room, head for the one on the top floor of your house. This exercise will tighten up those muscles nicely and you can spread out this exercise over the entire day.

  • Exfoliate Those Legs

It couldn't be easier with the textured exfoliating gloves that are on the market. Simply pull them on and rub them gently over your legs. Suddenly fresh new skin is on show.

  • Use Plenty

While your legs need moisture all during the year, using a good moisturizer on your legs during the winter months, is extremely important. Maturing legs don't have to look old. For the next little while, pamper your legs at every opportunity. Don't let anyone guess your age simply by the look of your legs.
