Here's How:

1. Apply Liquid Latex in white to a clean face. Because you want to create "sores" and broken skin, think of that affect as you apply the latex in batches around your face.

   You can get Liquid Latex at any costume shop or order it online. It allows you to create "skin" while allowing your own skin to breathe.

2. Take pieces of toilet paper and place it on the liquid latex in various places before it dries. You are creating gaping sores here, so keep that in mind. Think mini volcanic craters that you'll be filling in with red paint (blood). Paint the liquid latex over the toilet paper. You are trying to create the effect of sores and torn skin.
3. Paint the open, ripped sores with red fake blood. Make sure some of it "drips" down your face.
4. Liberally apply a ton of red paint around your mouth. Add rotting fake teeth for added effect.
5. Insert creepy zombie contact lenses.
6. Wear torn, bloody clothing
