Short hair is always a blessing in the summer, so why not get short hair with edge. Ginnifer Goodwin's been rocking the funky haircuts for quite awhile now and I love this particular version. A bit of gel and loads of hairspray is needed to rock this look. You also need the right cut. I recommend finding a salon or a stylist that specializes in cool cuts.
