Frozen Berry Smoothie

After learning that I had to give up sugar, I started to experiment with smoothie recipes and this one is a winner.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup of frozen berries
  • 1 cup of milk
  • a pinch of non-sugar sweetner (optional)

PREPARATION:

Put all of the above in a blender and process until frothy. If you need it to be just a little sweeter, add a little non-sugar sweetner but I highly recommend trying it without first. Frozen berries are now packaged and sold in supermarkets, so you don't even have to gather and freeze. All the work is done for you!
