Most women look younger when their hair doesn't look like a teased, sprayed, shellacked, blow-dried mess. Here, Jennifer Lopez goes long, but her hair isn't too perfect, with not a strand out of place. Her makeup also looks fresh and dewy, with one caveat: those extreme lashes need to be a few centimeters shorter. They look like spider legs.
