At some point in your life, you are going to be invited to a school reunion. Will you be ready or will you find an excuse to say no? Here are a few ways to ensure that you are... and then some.
- Six months before the big night, start adding more fruit and veggies to your diet. Consider for a minute how many calories you would save if you served some sort of fresh fruit combination for desserts five nights a week. And trust me, you will never run out of ideas. They range from smoothies to fruit salads and everything in between. It has to be one of the easiest ways to drop those last few pounds that resisted all of your attempts.
- Go to the best salon you can find and ask for a consultation. You are going to want a trendy new hairstyle or perhaps a new color that will make you look at least ten years younger. Ask the stylists for suggestions.
- The Perfect Outfit...
Start watching TV with a critical eye. Find someone with your body shape and start taking notes. Soap operas are great for this little trick as are talk shows. - Put a little extra effort into caring for your skin. At this time, you should be pampering it big time. That also means a mask depending on your skin type, once a week. With a little luck, the phrase... "you haven't changed a bit" will be ringing in your ears all night long.
- Have your teeth polished. Your dentist can take years of coffee stains off in a matter of minutes.
