Oscars Red Carpet 2009

I can't vouch for Angelina's dress, which seemed too safe and boring ot me, but her hair and makeup was spectacular on the Oscars red carpet this year. She was one of few A-listers who chose to wear her hair long and curly, a good thing considering Angelina can look matronly in an updo.

In this shot of Angelina Jolie's hair from the side, you can see the long, flowing curls and the fact that Angelina is not in danger of growing a turkey wattle (when the skin under the neck drops) any time soon. I like how her makeup artist chose to play up her eyes and kept her mouth light. If both her lips and her eyes were strong, they would compete.

As for Brad, he has apparently never lost of strand of hair from his head, though he's now in his 40s.
