Does you skin suddenly feel oilier than a few months ago?? It might be just the fact that it winter is coming. That alone will make your skin oilier than normal. I know that my T-zone is getting oiler as we speak ;) Here are some tips that you might be able to use and they can make all the difference in the world.

  • Wash your face when you get up and when you go to bed. That's it. Over-washing to sop up the oil can jumpstart your face into producing even more. And, that's the last thing you want.

  • If you are using an astringent, just once a day or try dropping it entirely. These products can sometimes start the oils flowing to the surface again.

  • Switch to oil free makeup and a powder blusher instead of the creamy variety.

  • Don't stop using your sunscreen... just choose one that is oil free.

  • Grab some of those little blotting papers to use throughout the day. You will be amazed just how great they are at sopping up oil! I carry a little package of Papier Poudre in my purse at all times.

I know that oily skin can be a drag some times but oily skin has one thing going for it. It tends to age more slowly and you are going to like that in the years to come.
