Is this a field that you would recommend to others?

Even though I am fairly new at this, it has been an overwhelming experience for me. Nothing but good times. I will be going to Aruba at the end of September for International Male Model of the year. That should be a lot of fun! My advice would be, to enjoy it. Work with a photographer you are comfortable with.

What are your aspirations for the future?

I think I have a great opportunity to be successful at modeling and hopefully acting. I feel this is the platform I need. I can't predict what my future holds, but I will try my hardest to make it a bright one.

What bit of advice would you pass along to anyone considering a career in modeling?

Never give up. I told an old girlfriend that I wanted to be on a poster. She just laughed at me. That, in all honesty was a big motivator for me. I guess when someone tells you that you cannot do something, it does something to you. It should anyway. Well, it did for me and I have since been successful. Anything is possible. I don't think I'll ever want to throw in the towel. I lost out on a contest earlier this year and it bummed me out a little, but I just hit the gym that much harder after that. I figure things happen for a reason. I guess I was looking for a "break" into the movie industry and that seemed like a great opportunity. It was for a spot on a Stephen J Cannel produced show (Silk Stalkings). You have to stay positive and be secure about yourself or you will not accomplish anything. I will get my chance soon enough. One has to be ready at any given moment, so I train hard everyday. Never know what is gonna happen from one day to the next, this is exciting.
