|
 |
A Few Quick Tricks
From what I have gathered, what you eat does make a big difference in the amount of cellulite you will find yourself carrying
around. I did
a little more digging and here are a list of foods that you should add to your diet, foods you should avoid and other tips that
will help and all are easy to implement.
- Eat high fibre fruits and vegetables.
- Reduce the fat and salt from your diet.
- Avoid artificial additives, such as sweeteners and colorings.
- Avoid large meals... try smaller and more often to prevent your body from storing fat.
- Drink at least 2 litres of water daily.
- Reduce alcohol.
And here are some suggestions from the readers who have visited the site. All are wonderful not to mention helpful!
