Doesn't Work That Way

If I am going to gain an ounce, it's going to be around my waist. Within hours of eating, I'm sure that the fat heads straight to that area. But when I exercise, it's not my waist that shows the work that I have done. Regardless of how much I diet, and how many waist exercises I do, the inches don't come off the waist. It's by bust and my legs, both areas that I really don't need to lose inches... So now you know. The fat will come off where ever it wants too. You have no control.
