Skin Care

There are a number of reasons why you may be suffering from itchy skin, It could be any of the following reasons.

  • You are not drinking enough water. Shoot for 8 glasses a day. Keep a glass next to where ever you are working and sip it during the day. Its easy to consume that amount if it's sitting next to you.
  • Avoid hot baths. Instead, run a warm bath and use a moisturizing cleanser.
  • Don't completely dry your skin after each shower or bath. While skin is damp, apply a rich body lotion and seal in the moisture.
