Exfoliating Your Lips Easily

If your lips are dried out and flaking, try rubbing a little petroleum jelly into your lips and then rubbing gently with a wet face cloth to remove the dead skin cells. You won't want them to dry out any further, so be sure to cover them with a lip balm to hold the moisture in. And, don't lick your lips.
