Lip Balm and Lipstick Together?

During the winter, you might be tempted to apply a layer of lip balm followed by a layer of lipstick. I have a better suggestion... instead of the lip balm during the day, switch to a moisturizing lipstick and save the lip balm for before you go to bed. The reason for this is that the lip balm could interfere with the adherence of the lipstick.
