Brightening a Dull Complexion
I read in a magazine recently that to brighten a dull complexion, you should slough off the dead skin cells by rubbing your face briskly with a face cloth. Using the face cloth is not the problem here... but the "briskly" part worries me. If you are too rough, you can do more damage and even cause a few capillaries th break (see our other discussions on this problem). Exfoliate yes, but do it gently.
