Anyone Tried Tae-Bo?
Try Tae-Bo! It's great. After doing it just a couple weeks, I could tell a difference in the feel of my hips, thighs, and buttocks. They were much firmer. The basic workout is not very long, so you don't get burned out. I'm not sure about the advanced; I haven't tried it yet. I think it is 45 minutes.
