Am I Really Hungry?
Eating because you are bored is very common. I think we all do that from time to time so here are a few tricks to help us get over this problem. Before you go for the snack foods that taste good, try a glass of ice water, some carrot sticks, a piece of fruit etc. In other words, go for foods/beverages that are less appealing. If nothing else, you will get a few vitamins out of the deal and the good-for-you foods just might take the edge off your hunger if you are indeed hungry. If they don't appeal to you at all, you know that you weren't hungry in the first place.
