Broken Veins

Fair complexions are particularly susceptable to tiny broken veins that you often see on the sides of the nose and on the cheeks. They are often casued by sun and wind, rough handling of the skin and the sad part is that they are practically impossible to remove. Before they occur, protect your face with a good moisturizer.
