I Want Curls and I'm a Guy

Question:
I know this may sound odd for a guy, but can you curl hair that is only 2 to 3 inches long. I am serious and would like to know your thoughts on this subject.

Answer:
Doesn't sound odd at all. :) First of all, do you have any curl in your hair at all? If so, perhaps using a product to hold the curl that you have will work. I am thinking of the Physique line. They have a great curling gel that seems to give you even more curl than you started out with.

Now if you don't have any curl at all, you might want to get yourself a curling iron with a narrow barrel. You should be able to pick up a good one at a beauty supply store or ask for model suggestions at a hair salon.

The last suggestion is to head to your favorite salon and ask them to GIVE you curl... people are going in to have their hair straightened all the time. Go in and tell them that you WANT curl. There are great perms out there that should do the trick.
