To help you get in the swing, Morningstar Foods Inc. has launched a new great-tasting flavor, Sun Soy(tm) Coffee Latte. Heart Month is a great time to start enjoying soymilk since soy proteins, like those contained in Sun Soy, have been said to help reduce the risk of heart disease according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

The Health Benefits of Soy Protein
Sun Soy, which carries the American Heart Association certification seal, was launched last year, just a few months after the FDA's statement about the benefits of soy protein as part of a healthy diet. The FDA stated that consuming 25 grams of soy protein daily, as part of a diet that is low in saturated fat and cholesterol, can help reduce the risk of heart disease*.
