Blue Eyed Beauties

• Dot on moisturizer.
• Apply foundation and blend.
• Apply pale pink blush and blend.
• Apply pale blue frosted shadow over entire eye area.
• Apply touch of green shadow to center of eye.
• Apply dark blue shadow around corner of eye.
• Apply mascara to lashes.
• If your brows need color, apply it now with small strokes of a pencil.
• Apply pale pink color to your lips.
• Powder your nose and t-zone with loose powder.
• Check your blush and add a tiny bit more if necessary.
