Exercise Bikes

Do you have an exercise bike that is gathering dust? If so, you are going to want to dig it out and put it in the family room. I have one that is quite comfortable ( recumbent style) and I have learned that if I take a book with me and ignore the clock, I burn far more calories and learn something at the same time.
