Have you ever counted the hours that you spend in front of a computer? It never occurred to me that it could be bad for your health until it was pointed out to me! So, forewarned, I'm taking the necessary steps to protect myself and now I'm going to share the findings with you! Ginny Grein will be joining us on a monthly basis to help us with this new concern! Hi, welcome to the first Computer "Beauty" Tips.
The theme for our feature will be that one's health is the main component of one's beauty. Not only does your health affect your attitude, but it also controls your outer beauty. And, since we are all working on the computer, each month we will answer your computer health or "beauty" questions.
For instance, this month's question follows: "Is there anything that I can use for my eyes that will help the eye strain I experience spending many hours on the computer?"
