Kelly O'Hara - BeautiControl Rep

Hi! My name is Kelly O'Hara and I live in Fairfax, IA. I have been an image consultant with BeautiControl, Inc. since October of 1998 and I LOVE IT!!! Right now, I am doing this business part-time so I only spend between 5-20 hours per week on my business. My time is spent on advertising, recruiting, selling, and most importantly, taking care of my existing clients. Thus far, my customer base consists of friends from my fiance's place of business, friends, and mostly internet leads. As for advertising, I've tried ads in our local newpapers, flyers around town, and ads on the internet. I get the most response from those I meet from my online ads. I do a monthly contest giveaway for a free product, usually lip color or nail color, through my website, www.beauti.com/reps/KellyO'Hara. I get a large response from that and have generated some business as well recently. I've tried coupons in the past but haven't had much success with them. When I am experiencing a! lack of motivation, I often turn to fellow consultants who are doing well for a little pick-me-up. Enthusiasm and motivation are truly contagious!!! Right now I only have one consultant under me but I am looking to change that soon!! The most appealing part of selling our line is that our products really do work!! To prove this to my clients, I only use our repair and prevention products on one side of my face. This way they can actually see the difference the products have made on me!! As far as image & beauty tips go...what do you want to know??? We have a fabulous support system at BeautiControl and so I have tips on one thing or another coming to me everyday. I think the most important thing to know when taking care of your skin is DON'T USE SOAP!! Use a cleanser from our line, Oily of Olay, etc. instead. Soap leaves a film, like soap scum in your bathtub, on your face. Another skin care tip: your skin will look AND feel better with proper skin care and daily ! vitamins.
