Hi all,
What a lot of great questions so far. I have picked a few to start, but will devote a little more time to them next week. Keep them coming and I will get to them as fast as I can.

Anna
Hi Anna,
Surprisingly enough, yes it can. Not brushing your hair properly and using products that are too harsh are other culprets that can contribute to dandruff.
My hair feels really rough when I finish shampooing. Is it supposed to feel this way?
Jenn
Hi Jenn, No, it shouldn't feel rough to the touch. It sounds as if the shampoo that you are using is too harsh. It's time for a change and this time, look for something that says that it is gentle.
My friends wash their hair every day. Is this a good thing. I don't have the time and I'm starting to feel guilty.
Serena
Stop feeling guilty. You are doing anything wrong. It just might be your friends that are ruining their hair. When it is time to wash your hair, you will know. It will look and feel greasy. The scalp might even feel itchy. I started using a dandruff shampoo and then noticed that my hair color (out of a bottle) is starting to look dull. Is there any connection? Nancy Hi Nancy,
You nailed it right on the head. I have heard it many times before. Yes, dandruff shampoos can make your color fade. Sorry. There are so many hair products on the market and I haven't a clue what most are used for. Can you tell me a little about mousse? Fizz Hi Fizz,
Mousse formulations are for adding volume to your style. Squirt an amount the size of an egg and then rub your hands together. Distribute it where you want the most volume. If you want lift at the roots, work the mousse into this area and then blow dry. That's it. If you don't need a root lift, work the mousse about half down the hair length, comb through and blow dry.
