Oh So Sophisticated

You never know when you are going to need a style that will take you to a black tie affair. Here is Kelly...

*Wash the Day Before
If you are styling your own hair, it always looks better on the second day.

*It Can Burn
And I'm not talking about your curling iron. That goes without saying, but the hot air blasting out of your blow dryer can do the same thing if you don't aim carefully. Think how sensitive your neck is and how badly a blast of hot hair can feel behind the ear.

*The Straighter Your Hair
Apparently, the straighter your hair, the more shine it can have. And surprisingly enough, the shine is more evident when there is a layer of oil covering the shaft. Curly and wavy hair may not look as healthy as long straight hair, but it is not necessarily so. It doesn't reflect the shine as well because the curl breaks up the smoothness required for shine.

*Egg Shampoo.
You have probably heard of it before and now I'm going to tell you what it does for your hair. IT ADDS PROTEIN. So, if you have damaged, fragile, or even tinted hair, this might be perfect for you. It is also very gentle and cleanses without removing the natural oil.

*Blondes Need To Beware
The chemicals that are present in pool water can bind to the hair and turn blonde hair a most peculiar shade of green! Be sure to jump into the shower at your first opportunity.

*Long Hair Problems
Is your hair is too heavy? So heavy in fact, it simply hangs there? The problem is simply that the weight allows for no movement at all. Go to a salon and have it thinned. Yes, they still do that and you will be amazed at how much of a difference it can make.
