Quick Tip
This week's styling tipsWhat Are Pomades?
Be sure to read the container for instructions. Some can be added to wet or dry hair. This product will smooth the frizzies or flyaways in seconds flat. You want shine? Pomades can help here too.
*Is He/She Asking the Right Questions
When you go to a salon for a consultation, the stylist should ask you how long you spend on your hair each day, how well you can handle a blow-dryer or curling iron/brush, and how many styling products you use. These are all important questions when looking for the perfect style for you. If she doesn't ask, be sure to tell her... or look for another salon.
*Some Questions of Your Own
Before you allow a stylist to touch your hair, it would be a good idea to have some questions of your own. If you don't know what condition your hair is in... ask. If you don't understand why you have split ends... ask. The stylist should be happy to answer any and all of your questions.
*Try A New Stylist
Sometimes this is a very good choice. They are eager and need new heads to work on. So, you just might be putting yourself into the hands of the next Frederic Feddai for a fraction of the price!
