Summer Sparkler

Quick Tip

*Stong Wintery Winds

There is not much you can do to avoid the winter winds, but you can protect your hair from it by keeping it covered (scarves and hats) as well at treating it to a moisturizing conditioner. If you are really serious about protecting your hair, treat it to a moisturizing mask once a month. Many come with instructions to apply and then wrap your hair in a damp towel to allow the conditioner to penetrate the hair shafts. A little pampering goes a long way.

Leave In Conditioners...

You might be wondering if you should be considering this formulation. If your hair is in serious need of a little TLC, a leave in conditioner is the answer. It does everything a regular conditioner will do, but with added benefits. It detangles, fills in holes in the hair shaft, smooths cuticles, adds body and controls frizz. It often contains the added benefit of a sunscreen as well. Think of it as a necessary little extra in your fall and winter pampering program.

*Something To Be Aware Of

If you have oily hair that requires daily shampoos, dryness of the mid shaft down can often result. You might want to try this... a deep cleaning shampoo at the roots, followed by a moisturizing shampoo to gently cleanse the length.
