Guide Review - The Murad Method... A Book Review

As I proceed through this book, I find myself nodding and agreeing with the direction Murad is taking. Everything seems so easy and understandable. I like that!

I especially like the idea that if you want great looking skin, YOU must work at it. And that means shedding the old skin cells and feeding the new. I am now thinking MUCH more carefully about what I eat and drink. My face will benefit, but so will my waistline.

If I can slow the aging process this easily, I am definitely going to give it a try.

Definitely a book that you won't want to put down.
