Prom Night: the first of several articles on this topic.
This is going to be one of the biggest nights of your life and things have to be perfect. So for that reason alone, you can't devote too much time to the planning of this special night. This week's article is the first of several that will help get you ready for your prom. We will be covering everything... from the tips of your toes to the top of your head. So let's start planning. This week we will start with one of the most important features... the dress.
So how do you decide? It might be too late this year, but be sure to watch the listings next January for the Golden Globe Awards. You are going to see tons of gorgeous dresses and in the past few years, they have dictated the style of prom dresses worn later in the year.
But, as we can't grab a bowl of popcorn and settle down to watch the award show for ideas, I have a few other suggestions. You can check out some of the great on-line sites for some ideas or head to your neighborhood bookstore. The on-line sites offer lots of dresses to ponder and the book stores are now featuring prom magazines. Thumb through a few of them and try to find a style that appeals to you. When you have that nailed down, head to the mall for some serious window shopping.We are still in the looking stage at this time.
