I have to admit, most body lotions are too highly scented for my tastes, so while I had hopes for this cucumber melon scent, I was getting ready not to like it. I tested a small amount on the back of my hand from the pump dispensor. It had a gorgeous pale green "cucumber" tint to it... so far, so good. I rubbed it into the back of my hand and was pleased at how well it absorbed. Finally, I did the scent test. I was very impressed. Nothing over the top with this lotion. I can even imagine using it all over the body and not having to wash some of it off because of the fragrance. You are going to like this product... a lot!
