While there are numerous recipes on the web for making your own, I want to caution you from whipping up your own mixture. Chances are, at least for a while, you are going to be ingesting whatever is in the recipe and that is kind of frightening. And then there is the bacteria that could start growing. If you want a nail biting mixture, I would recommend purchasing one that has been made in a lab. Just a little safer. Better yet, give yourself a weekly manicure and then polish your nails. Your hands will soon look so gorgeous, you won't want to nibble.
