Patchouli Milk Bath

Did you know that scent of the patchouli flower is very romantic and considered to an aphrodisiac! Lets use a little of this particular scent to create a romantic milk bath.

1 c. powdered milk
2-3 drops patchouli scented oil
1/4 cup of sea salt

Combine the milk powder, salt and scented oil and add to bath. Patchouli oil is known for it's relaxing benefits, so this would be perfect on a cold winter night.

*Scented oil is a blend of essential oil and a carrier oil such as sweet almond, apricot kernel, grapeseed, jojoba or even olive oil if none of these are available.
