Long hair needs special attention. To have hair that looks as good as Laura's, you are going to need to moisturize it regularly. This means a good moisture enhansing shampoo and conditioner. A word about shampoos. Most of us are in so much of a rush to get on with our day, that we don't stay in the shower long enough to rinse out the bubbles thoroughly. Be sure that you aren't making this mistake. It can make a huge difference. And if you are looking for shine, rinsing with cold water will seal the cuticle and that means your hair will reflect the light.
