Witch Face Makeup and Costume

Instead of lightening your skin, use a foundation that is several shades darker than your own skin tones. Ring your eyes with smudges of black, navy, gray or plum. These smudges of color will continue up to the brow. Be sure to continue the color about an 1/8 of an inch below the eye. Lips Should be colorless.

Here's What You Need:

Foundation: As you are only going to be using this foundation for your mask, there is no point in spending a lot of money. Instead, look for the most inexpensive foundation you can find as long as the color is right. And it really doesn't matter if it melts during the night... it will simply make it look more frightening.

Eye Shadow: Before you purchase any new colors, check to see if you have a few colors that you can combine. Remember, the more layers, the darker the color will be.

Lips: A tiny touch of foundation to the lips might be the perfect way to play up "colorless" lips.

Blush: I might put a little darker color below the cheekbones to give them a "sunken" appearance.

Mascara: The more layers of mascara the better and for once, it doesn't matter if it clumps.

Hair: Regardless of the length, you should be able to create the look you want by simply back brushing your hair haphazardly.

Outfit: You get to be creative here... anything from a long black dress to the ugliest bridesmaid dress you can find.
