Okay, so what didn't I like about it? The only con that I can think of is that you have to stop before the video is finished. That is at least true for my age group.

Belly Dance Fitness For Beginners
I have viewed several belly dance videos, but the programs put together by these two young ladies will really wear off the pounds. Be sure to warm up correctly and if your legs start to protest... stop. They probably need a rest.
