With bathing suits shrinking smaller and smaller, you might want to lose that last few pounds. Luckily it might not be as difficult as you thought. Here are some quick ways to make it painless.

From everything I have read, if you are sweating while you exercise, you are doing it right. On another note, sweating also flushes toxins from your system.

Here is some good news for all of you who aren't keen on exercising and the sweating that goes along with it. The more you sweat, the more calories you burn, but from what I have seen, perhaps people sweat differently. I can be extremely tired from my workout, but I don't sweat half as much as my daughter.

Head for the pool. One of the best forms of exercise for the arms, is in the pool. Does it get any better than that?

*Vary It

Did you know that it is a good idea to vary your exercise routine? Sticking to just one form of exercise, won't work.

In a recent study, it was suggested that you should work tennis, weight lifting, and yoga into your life. If those exercises don’t interest you, try to include swimming, walking, biking, jumping rope, even dancing. Richard Simmons has some great dance videos that will wear you out! Just look for "Sweatin to the Oldies".
