Cellulite Workout

A little more help...

Research has been insisting over the past few years, that exercise can do a lot to minimize the cellulite that you have. So what exercises are the experts referring to? It seems that cardio and weight training are showing promising results.

The cardio could be done in the pool if you find that the treadmill or bike is just a little boring. Actually, I find myself more exhausted after "playing" in the pool for a half hour than I ever experienced when using the treadmill.

Next Step... Weight Training
After the cardio, it's time to move to the machines. If you are a beginner, you have most likely been assigned machines that target every muscle group from head to toes. For the cellulite workout, you will be concentrating on machines that target the legs and there are lots of them. Not much chance of growing bored with the same old machine, day after day.
