Frazzle Free Christmas

Each year we strive for the perfect Christmas, but somehow it always manages to allude us. I have put together some fun things to do during the month of December or what's left of it. Now go and enjoy the holidays.
  • See at least one Christmas movie. You are never too young or too old. I personally like videos on Sunday afternoons during November and December. I can curl up with a blanket and hit the pause button if something decadent is calling my name from the kitchen.

  • Start a novel this holidays season and keep it tucked in your handbag so that you have something stressless to do when you find yourself in long lineups at the stores.

  • Don't automatically turn on the radio or the TV, the minute you get home. Instead, listen to the soothing sounds of the season. What are they? I'm not going to tell you. I want you to find out for yourself.

  • Research has shown that we need no fewer than 6 relationships in our lives. This can include a mate, friends, or relatives. Simply surround yourself with people that mean something to you. You might find that your so-called stress simply melts away. if you have fewer than this number, get to work! Every part of you will benefit.

  • Start a new tradition. Pick one Saturday during December for lunch and a day of shopping with a group of former school friends. It will be one day a year where everything seems to come together. You can catch up with everyone's news and instead of feeling frazzled at the end of the day, you will end the day with tons of happy memories to take home with you. Trust me, it works every time and something that I look forward to every year!
