How To No Sleep Repair Kit
We all experience those nights when sleep simply won't come and in the morning, it is evident in how we look and feel. Here's a few things to do to ensure that this does not occur on a regular basis.Difficulty: N/A
Time Required: N/A
Here's How:
1. Try to go for a walk in the afternoon. A little regular exercise will make it easier for you to drop off.
2. Before you climb into bed, you might want to relax in a soothing bath to help relax.
3. It is extremely important that you find a mattress that suits your body and it's not necessarily the most expensive one on the market. Don't be fooled into thinking that this is the case. (See tip 1)
4. A really good pillow is very important. If your neck is aching...
5. A fresh, fragrant set of sheets also lulls me to sleep. I love the smell and I'm asleep in seconds.
6. Some people swear by a warm glass of milk before retiring. If you can't manage warm milk, perhaps cocoa would do instead.
7. While it is suggested that you never watch TV or read in bed, I'm afraid I have to disagree. I find reading for a half hour is very relaxing.
8. The perfect temperature for YOU is also important. I like a cold bedroom where I can snuggle up in the blankets. It could be the exact opposite for you.
9. Learn to stop thinking. This has to be of the hardest things to do but if you mind is running through the days events, you will never drop off.
Tips:
- My back requires firmness and a simple $200.00 foam mattress works for me.
- Puffiness and dark circles are two of the problems connected with lack of sleep. Try cool tea bags over the eyes to reduce the puffiness.
